About Me
Hi. I'm Tempest64 — a name among many others I’ve used as I’ve wandered the digital ether: Ryzen, MrVSC, Enlex, Zyklon, Phenom, Athlon, et al.
Beneath my pseudonyms, I am a 13-year-old 9th grader with an insatiable curiosity and a reverence for complexity in all its forms.
I find music to be not just a form of art, but an audible expression of emotion and logic — a union of mathematical structure and creative intuition.
In video games, I see more than entertainment; I see architecture, narrative, psychology, and interactivity converging into immersive systems.
Chemistry and physics captivate me with their ability to distill the universe’s behavior into precise laws, while mathematics serves as the language that underpins all natural phenomena — a kind of poetry with rigor.
Geography is my lens into how the world organizes itself; the political, social, and geological forces that shape civilizations are something I happen to find endlessly fascinating.
While I only delve lightly into politics, I value understanding systems of power and thought — both contemporary and historical.
Programming, to me, is the alchemy of the digital world: the power to manifest thoughts into reality through code. It satisfies my desire for both problem-solving and creation.
Art — though I only flirt with it — remains a potential outlet for more abstract forms of expression.
I have a particular fascination with philosophy and neurology. Philosophy offers me a scaffold to question meaning, ethics, consciousness, and the nature of existence. Neurology complements this by exploring how the mind emerges from the physical brain, touching on cognition, identity, and perception. Physics, in turn, serves as my grounding — the skeletal structure of reality as we know it.
Altogether, I see my interests not as separate lanes but as branches of the same tree — each offering unique insight into the human condition and the reality we inhabit.

Music
I see music as a mathematical and emotional construct — structure meets soul, harmony meets chaos.
I started my musical journey at the age of 8 -- When I pirated some fuckass version of FL Mobile. I made some of the worst things ever which I'm not really proud of, and I wouldn't dare show to anyone. After these... musical mishaps, I don't know what it was that hit me in the head, but it surely hit me strong enouh to make me realize that I had no fucking idea of what I was doing. Then, after some time, I pirated Deflemask, and started messing around with chiptune, I didn't get very far with that pirated version of Deflemask, however, as it ran like ass. After some time, I ended up buyin Deflemask, and I got decently far with it, so much so that I then started my music channel.
Then I met Furnace. Nothing changed, honestly. I just make better music now. -
Video Games
An intersection of interactivity, psychology, and digital storytelling — more than just play.
To me, they are also a form of escapism. I'm sure every knows what I'm talking about. Sometimes, here and there, we need to just kick back, relax, and have a good time, enjoying our favourite game. Don't we?
Too bad that most of the time they end up making us angrier than we were...
I gained my first console when I was... 4 or 6, i think? It was a TecToy Master System Evolution, bundled with 132 cherry-picked Master System games (along with a few unofficial(?) ports, such as Sonic Drift 2). Man, this thing carried my childhood. It was with this little beast that I discovered games that would shape my future taste in media -- Games like Shinobi, Sonic, Bomber Raid, the previously mentioned Sonic Drift 2, and many more.
I still have this Master System to this day! It's been a part of my life since I was 4 and it'll be a part of my life until I go. To think this thing's been in the run for nearly 10 years now... Crazy, eh? -
Chemistry
An elegant decoding of the material world — the building blocks of everything we see, touch, and manipulate.
My interest in chemistry has been among the ones I've discovered most recently. I've had an interest for anything science related since the start of 7th grade. -
Physics
The skeletal code of reality — precision and abstraction united to describe the universe.
-
Pyromania
A visceral fascination with combustion, energy, and the transformative power of heat and flame.
-
Math
The abstract blueprint beneath logic, science, and form — the universal language.
-
Geography
An intellectual atlas of power, place, and people — watching Earth write its own story.
-
Politics (a bit)
Systems of thought and control — watching the machinery behind influence and ideology.
-
Programming
Digital alchemy — transmuting logic into creation, shaping tools from thought alone.
-
Art (maybe)
A silent philosophy — shape, form, color, and ambiguity as expression.
Skills & Aspirations
I'm currently learning programming, with a focus on Java, JS, Python, CSS, The C Family (C, C#, C++) and HTML. I hope to expand into animation and advanced coding techniques.
Projects & Media
- My YouTube Channels: Random things, Geometry Dash, music, and a native language one.
- Sonic 1 DSK Edition: A ROM Hack I'm working on with a few other people.
